How to reinstall the game

On iOS

Please note: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game will delete your progress, causing the game to start over. 

To uninstall and reinstall:

1. Tap and hold the app's icon until it jiggles.
2. Tap the X in the top-left corner of the app's icon.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Press the Home button.
5. Open the App Store.
6. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to download the game originally.
7. Tap Search and type the title of the game.
8. Locate the game in the search results, and tap to download.
9. Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.

On Android

Please note: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game will delete your progress, causing the game to start over. 

To uninstall and reinstall:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon to open the Store home menu.
3. Tap My apps.
4. Choose the game from the list.
5. Select Uninstall.
6. After the app uninstalls, select Install to download the game again.
7. Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
