We are really sorry that the game doesn't work as it supposed to.
If you have issues with the game, please try to do the following:
- Try restarting your device and re-enter the game.
- Make sure our device's OS is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure your device meets minimum system requirements for the game.
- Make sure that your device has enough free space (at least 200 MB). To check this, go to Settings → Storage and see how much free space there is on your device. Delete the files you don’t need in case you don’t have enough space.
- Close all the background applications before launching the game.
If none of these things helped, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your request please include: your device model, your OS version and full title of the game. It would really help us if you describe the issue in detail (what happened, when it happened, where you clicked etc.) and attach a screenshot or a screen recording.
